Reviews and Ratings
I had a pretty good stay overall. The location of the hotel was excellent for getting to Old Town, and the rooms were very clean. However, the rooms are in need of some updates and I did notice some maintenance issues like a light fixture that needed attention. The service was kind of hit or miss as I encountered some noisy guests in the morning. The price felt reasonable for what I got, but there were definitely some areas that could be improved.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were extremely spacious and had nice touches like a rustic wood ceiling and a balcony, plus an enormous flat screen TV. The service was generally good, though there were times when the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed. I loved the location as well; it was close to plenty of great restaurants and just perfect for enjoying those warm Arizona nights. However, the dining felt a bit pricey for what it was, and the daily resort fee of $25 was a drawback.
The hotel had a lovely layout with spacious and clean rooms that provided a peaceful retreat, especially with great views from the balconies. The staff was exceptional, being both friendly and accommodating. However, the location could be improved as there were some disruptions during our stay, and the dining options, while good, felt a bit pricey. Overall, it offered good value for money.
My stay at the hotel was mixed. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from great restaurants and shops. The room was a bit cramped for my family of three, but it was clean. I was pleased with the friendly service, but I found the dining options overpriced and rather limited. Overall, it had its pros and cons, but I hope to see some improvements.
The hotel is beautifully situated with a great view and is conveniently close to various attractions. The rooms are spacious and wonderfully designed, making for a comfortable stay. I've got to say the service was exceptional, but the dining options felt a bit limited and pricey for what was offered. Overall, it was a good experience, but the value for money in dining could be improved.
I had a great stay at this hotel, enjoying the spacious and modern rooms with a fantastic mountain view and direct access to the pool. The service was world-class, with friendly and attentive staff. However, the location is a bit isolated, making it less convenient for exploring nearby areas without using a shuttle. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with some nice amenities, but you may be limited in dining options nearby.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel, especially enjoying the bright, spacious rooms that were well-kept. The service was wonderfully attentive, making my three-night stay quite pleasant. The location is perfect, closely situated to major shops and attractions like Old Town Scottsdale, which added convenience. However, I had a small issue with the room not being the one I reserved, and there were some minor delays in service during busy times.
The hotel's location is fabulous, making it convenient for both business and leisure. The rooms, while nice and spacious, are showing some signs of wear, which could be improved. The service is very accommodating and friendly, which really enhanced my stay. On the downside, I found the dining options to be a bit pricey for what was offered, even if the breakfast buffet had some upscale options.
I had mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. On the bright side, it has a fantastic location and direct access to the pool which offers a lovely mountain view. However, the rooms could definitely use some updating as they had a musky smell, and the service didn’t really accommodate my request for a late checkout. Overall, it’s a decent place but has some clear areas for improvement.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, enjoying the spacious rooms with lovely views despite some dated decor. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my experience enjoyable. The pool area is excellent, but the dining prices can be a bit steep for families. Overall, a good value for the amenities offered, and a great location for exploring nearby attractions.
